almost done with day 1
Day 1 almost over.. im hot though an feel irritated an a little sweaty... around this time id be wasted but im not... hey has anyone lost weight after quitting alcohol? I look so bloated in the face

You may lose some weight, you may not, but the bloat will definitely get better if you stay of the drink.
Your body is holding on to everything right now trying to protect itself from the poison. You have to give it time and LOTS of hydration.
I wouldn't worry too much about the weight right now. Feed your body healthily (protein, antioxidant veggies, fruit) and drink plenty of hydrating liquid with electrolytes.
You will notice positive changes daily if you treat your body well, I promise!
