2 months sober today

Here's an update. Today is day 60 which means I'll have 2 months sober today.
Things are definately better, and while there has been some hiatus and uninspiration, there are good days as well. And things have improved quite a bit.

I noticed that cigarette smoking contributes to lethargy, restlessness and energy levels in sobriety. I've made my tests too on this. Next is kicking the nicotine, and that will be the challenge of today and of this next 3rd month.

There have been some glimpses lately of a balanced mind, of sanity, of being the real true self. It's always nice to have those, since they give more motivation to move on. Have a nice sober day!

Congratulations on your milestone, and best of luck kicking the filthy cigs. It may be a tougher battle than the alcohol for the cravings - that's what I'm finding anyway.
