Hello
I am here because I drink too much! I only ever drink white wine and the most I ever drink in one go I about a bottle and a half! I can't do more than that. I have nights off in the week but I am terrified what it is doing to me. My mother is an alcoholic and drank so much she is now mentally ill and in care
I hate what it did to her and don't want to end up the same way! I only manage 2 nights a week without drinking. I hate how I feel the next day. I have been diagnosed with GAD which I have had treatment and is much better but I know it would go away altogether if I stopped drinking! I have suffered trauma in my younger life. I am married with three children! Hello to you all x
