bank holiday blues
It is a bank holiday here today and despite several invitations, i managed not to go to the pub. Although i am pleased that I did not go out, i find i have been reflecting on my drinking and the reasons behind it. . I am feeling really Sad/angry!! Has anyone else felt like this? I have buried so many issues over the years and facing them is really tough.

Well done for not going to the Pub. I have a Bank Holiday coming up and we are going to the Caravan. I need a plan intact.
Totally agree with you about the anger/sadness. I have been digging deep memory wise and there is always alcohol involved. Even as early as 16 years of age!! Not good.
Overall, we have to look forward and not behind. Best of Luck. You are doing well.
