AVRT - Is this the right book?

I'm presuming I've got the right one but just checking. I've decided to give it a go.

Yes.
Lots of good info about AVRT can be found right here at SR in the Secular Connections forum, especially in the AVRT discussion thread that is edging up to 2500 posts. You can also take 'The Crash Course in AVRT' at the Rational Recovery website while your book is being shipped.

I found it in a brick and mortar B&N, didn't want to wait for shipping.
Obviously everyone is different, but for me this is the best insight and approach I have ever run across.

Just bought it from Book Depository (UK) as a spur of the moment purchase. Figured it's far less than I was previously spending on alcohol in a session, so why not.
