Attempt #3,769 !!!
Hello Friends
I joined way back in 2007 and then slipped away. Thousands of attempts at sobriety later, here I am again. I sobered up back in 1994 in voluntary rehab and was a poster girl for AA for 4 great years. Then in 1998 I rebelled and have suffered for the last 15 years trying to get back, never managing more than 40 days in one stretch. Now I'm thrilled to report I'm 51 days sober today and back in AA! I decided to back it up with rejoining the group... Look forward to making many new friends!

Congratulations on getting back. As you learned it works if we work it. I have a bad remember when a belly full of alcohol and a head full of AA was horrendous and never want to go back there. BE WELL

Hello, welcome back and congrats on the 51 days! I recently came back too but haven't managed more than three days so far 
I'm rubbish at this...back to day 1 ....good luck with your journey
