can somebody give me ideas of how to start this

I assume you've taken the first three steps......

IF that's the case, p64 in the bottom paragraph has the beginning of the instructions on how to do an AA 4th step inventory. That said, there are lots of OTHER ways to do it....but they're just that, other inventories.

We listed people, institutions or principles with whom we were angry.

So, make a list...... I'd suggest leaving putting no more than 4 per page. One or two per page if they're "big ones."

I'd also recommend finding someone in your area who's worked all 12 steps, seems to have a manner of living you find attractive, and asking them for some help. Having someone who can physically show you what to do and look you in the eye is very helpful.

Hi unclemeat 69 thank you for your suggestions and the answer is yes I did and I got me an sponsor.
I did step 1, 2, 3 first by myself and them again with him.

Yes I'm and is a happy road most days I even went back to work. Over 3 months sober it's looking good.
