Not Convinced

When I decided to quit I was not really even convinced that I had a problem. I had never wanted to or attempted to give it up before. I think in the back of my head I thought it was going to be like giving up chocolate, no big deal.

I was wrong. I clearly need a plan to make it through the weekends. And also Monday. And Tuesday. And the other weekdays. Hee hee. Now that I know its difficult, I will try harder.

Day 1. Again.

Welcome back Flea

I definitely underestimated the challenge too - but I soon learned.
I hope you can make this time your time

Hi Flea. Yes, it's a bit of a shock to realise this isn't as easy as we initially thought.

Glad you're back and ready to move forward x

Yup, I think anyone who thinks they don't have a problem should give up for an extended amount of time. If it wasn't a problem it'd be easy right?

Glad you're back x
