Addict remorse
I often wonder if the addicts we love felt remorse for all of the pain they cause their loved ones. I asked a friend of mine who is a former coke addict if she felt guilt, remorse anything when she was out high on coke and her small son was at the babysitters house until all hours.
She simply said nope. I thought everything was fine. I wasn't hurting anyone, everything was great. Now since she has cleaned up she sees that was not the case.
Just found that interesting ...

To quothe Mrs. Hammer, last Summer, before rehab . . . .
"I don't see why everyone is so upset. I feel fine."
It is Always All About you, hunnybunch.
Now, either that is not discussed . . . or "never happened."
Oookkkaaayyy.
