Hello! I got out of rehab 6 weeks ago and am freaking out, bad. MY body has rejected me, my head constantly hurts, etc etc.

I am reaching out for support

Hi. I can identify with the overall rejection feelings. To a large degree mine was understandable because I poisoned myself with so much alcohol which in not a health recommended drink. It affects just about every part of our body negatively and contributed to my mental and emotional deterioration. I know it's hard to accept facts that our so called friend turned on us in this way and works hard to befriend us again. The simple way to stop all this pain is to keep our mouths closed to alcohol. Didn't say it's easy but not doing so can be horrendous. Please don't give in. BE WELL
