I put a post yesterday in my of shows that it went up but in here nothing appear Oh well.
Last night I had a vivid dream in it I was walking with anothe person that is in recovery and we were talking about that I almost have 3 months sober ( in real life too. ) we walk by a patio bar I saw somebody that I new and he give me a glass of beer and I took it and drunk it. That sucks.
Talking with somebody today she tells me that yes I got 3 months sober but all start a year ago went I coming to the. Center and ask for help ( cernter for alcoholics and drugs abuse )
Plus I was thinking about my stbx and her addition to meth and that is making this day hard to handle
Whoao how I can relate to this or where to get help for it
Any suggestions?

Yeah, there can be days that really knock us off the tracks. Sounds like you are having one of those days. But you've been sober three months and have probably gone through tougher days. You'll get through this one. Draw on those lessons. And if you don't drink, things are bound to get better.
