Day 7 for me!!

Hello everyone!

Today marks my 7th day and tomorrow marks the start of week 2!! My inner AV was really acting up yesterday. I was aware of the AV and told it to just shut up!!

I then spent all night on SR. I love this site and so much appreciate reading all the posts. I relate to so many and remain grateful for everyone's honesty and humility.

I truly am not alone in this journey!
