Katrom

Please be advised on this new designer drug in head shops and tobacco stores. In small doses it is said to have a stimulant effect but in larger doses it mimics opiates. It has been reported that dependence and withdrawal occurred in regular users and there have been reports of Katrom toxicity in emergency rooms across the nation. Two states have already made it a schedule 1 to possess and it is illegal the the UK and several other Asian countries. Why switch one addiction for another? Not enough is actually known about its active ingredient to make it a safe bet
