Ecstatic i have finally made my Month. Thank you , to everyone who has positively reinforced my posts , i truly don't know how i would have coped without SR ...you are my lifeline , i am so glad i found you. I am feeling happier , healthier ( apart from putting on 5 kgs ) eke! Im prepared to take the weight gain as a bargaining tool with my liver. I can get rid of the weight , but ...don't even want to contemplate the other . The tiredness is improving although still quite lethargic. But the empowerment i feel by giving up my poison is like nothing else. My thinking is clearer , my conversations are longer , my smiles are real, my children are happy and want to be around me . LIFE IS GOOD :-) and on that note i must return to my choccie fix ....mmmmm see you after another kilo or 2 lol xx
