JAVA Download? Help if you can...Please!
I have been trying to figure out how to use Chat? It says I must download JAVA and I click to download. Then a statement saying it will harm my computer pops up. What to do? I need my computer (Sparky) even if I don't know much about using him. I want to learn. Help if you can, please!

You should have no problem with this page - just make sure it's the right Java for your computer

Hi Rose,
It's quite normal for operating systems such as Windows and even some web browsers such as FireFox or Internet Explorer to warn about launching installers after download. This is a manual mechanism to get user authorization before the installation proceeds. Using the link that Dee provided will get you what you need to use chat. After installing the latest version of the Java Runtime Environment, you'll be able to use chat!
