Exquisite poem, maybe you all know it? Hope it helps someone here today:

Oh my that's a good one.
I think letting go is the top number one hardest thing for me.
The belief, in my frightened core, is that i will be left with emptiness...total, eternal, threatening, overwhelming, annihilating.
I don't know how to get calm about it.
