Slow'n steady wins the race
Looking at getting to a month. I don't do much posting atm but am so lucky to be reading so many of your stories. Without visiting here every day and touching base...i would surely have failed. Being with people who have the same issues as myself has made me not feel i am alone and the 'only one'. May i keep staying strong with you help .

SR is another tool in my toolbox ( as folks in my meetings say)....that slogan makes me smile. We are not alone...I sure felt like I was for a long time too. Not any more! I'm 8 months sober and I take women's chewable vitamins, and a vitamin C. It's what we took in Rehab everyday. So, I still take them. :-D
