By the way - I found the Friends and Family Forum a great place to visit.
You get to see alcoholism from the other side. The way it destroys lives - not the alcoholic's life but the family and friends.
It's a real eye opener to realize that most of the folks posting in that forum would have their lives improved considerably by simply getting the alcoholics out of their lives. That's it. Just dump the alchies and their lives would be so much better. Whoa.
Makes you stop and think.
