Another reason to get this thing right!
After 40 years of smoking, drinking, high fat low fiber diet and being overweight, I just had a bad colonoscopy. I had 18 polyps removed and they're a out for pathology. I had one they couldn't reach so I see a surgeon this Friday. May be a lap surgery or may be an incision. May need a temporary colostomy.
My point folks, is my lifestyle most assuredly contributed to the current health crisis I'm in. This is another reason for us to get our acts together.
