Day 4 and feeling positive:)
I'm on day four and so far I feel really good. I'm on meds to help with my withdrawel syptoms and I got A LOT of rest this weekend which I sorely needed after a long binge. I feel confident today and want to keep it up! I even worked out yesterday and was able to hang around my family and look them in the eye. Just for today!
Hang in there ONE day at a time. Our lives will get better. BE WELL

Day 4 was a turning point for me.. Know what you mean by the positive feelings/return of motivation. Given I've had many day 4s lol. But this time I felt so good, work was good, working out and not being hungover was good, everything so good.. I said f it and now I'm 25 days sober. Don't plan on goin back. Good luck and congrats to you!! Keep it up the days fly by and it gets better and better..
