Day 4 out of detox. had vivid drinking dreams last night, woke up feeling guilty & hung over! Thankful for SR chat this morning (and coffee)! I know this will all get better. I had once upon a time 10 years sober. It just really stinks to go through it all over. Better than still drinking or worse, waking up dead! Arggg!

I had almost 5 years sober before too, and now back to day 2. I remember having dreams that I was drinking in the first few months. I would even feel the affects in my dream and be so upset that I had lost control. I always woke up so relieved that I hadn't drank in real life. Great job on having a great morning!!!
