I have court in the morning with my husband for the legal separation. Not at ALL what I want to do but I don't have a choice. I have to get child support in order, especially since my husband has been telling all week that he's gonna give me some money when he gets paid for diapers, gas and bills and had his mom drop off $20 to me this evening. He told me that was collecting money from someone he "loaned" it to. The same guy that he beat up in March for stealing pills out of his pocket while he was passed out. We have decided to continue our marriage and that I would supervise visits. He has an attorney, I don't. I know that a lot of things are going to be addressed by the judge that he's going to have to talk about. The drugs and alcohol, the unpaid bills, the verbal abuse, the abandonment, ect. Of course, he'll probably go back to being nasty again. Prayers for strength would be greatly appriciated. Thank you!

I have a feeling that his mom put up most if not all of the money.

Does it matter? He still took it and retained an attorney yet hasn't supported his family!
