Day 8. Having a moment :(

I am feeling my hormones and was a little depressed today and emotional.. First day I contemplated stopping by the bar for a club soda.. Yah right.. My mind playing tricks ... You miss your friends you can do it! HELL NO!

Well I am home and will not jeopardize my recovery.. This also shall pass....

that's great you went home .. Cause I can tell that club soda might have turned into something else .. That is good you know yourself well enough to avoid
