I am keeping it very simple as well, work eating well smiling a lot and sleeping whenever my body wants to.. Although the naps after work are giving me a little insomnia... But they r soo nice... Simple is good.. Also keeping a journal is like having a therapist..

Haha I say keeping a journal is good but only if you want to bring things out ... I have stopped the journaling for now, it was getting me depressed, writing makes me think too much
