feeling great!!

I am noticing less bloating, mentally alert at work... feet not swollen as much, throbbing pain on sides gone completely, not constantly thirsty and dehydrated... better mood... how great is this!! Got to remember always how good I feel when I am having a weak moment....

Sometimes i find focusing on how bad alcohol made me feel is useful and always puts me in a better mood and affirms me being sober

Bob how long are you in recovery? For me what I am having a hard time with is the social aspect... Not hanging out with everyone I know..

Hey that's great that you're noticing all these improvements and feeling good. I'm 16 days back and feeling better, both physically and emotionally, than I have done for a loooong time.
