I hope you feel better and stronger very soon. Stick around here - I'm sure others with more experience will be along with some helpful advice soon.
2 years sober, you did a great job there! Focus on that just now...
Big hugs

The good news is if you can do two years, that's huge, and that was quite an accomplishment that no one can take away from you - and those two years are not for nothing. Just stop your relapse (if you haven't already) and climb right back on that horse.

Two years of sobriety plus one (hopefully exceedingly brief) relapse is far better than no sobriety at all.

If you can do two years you can do anything. Glad you made it here and hope you are back on track soon.

Welcome and hang on. I feel that 2 years are not lost as it was hopefully a period of growth You can resume one day at a time. For the benefit of newcomers can you elaborate the slide back to picking up? BE WELL

If you don't mind sharing, what led to the relapse? Do you have a plan in place to get back to sobriety?

Welcome Mermaids! I also relapsed after many years sober. I know it is hard. It can get better. You still have all the experience of those two years sober. I hope you like it here at SoberRecovery.
