day 7. one week

It is pass midnight. .. this means day #7, havent gone this long without a drink since I had upper resp infection haha. .. I am feeling good...

Silvy it is the greatest high on Earth, at least it was for me. I still remember going to an AA meeting in a church and taking a Welcome chip. The man gave me a hug and the chip, I just remember this big ass grin on my face and saying "Today I am 7 Days Sober!". Except for when I was pregnant with our son, I had never quit drinking. YES, this s BIG Silvy....Congratulations...it really, truly Works IF You Work It! :-D. Bobbi

Thanks all.. no slipping here I know what works, staying away from temptation. . I am not a at home drinker never been... even if I have alcohol in the house.. I am a go out party hard type... I am safe in my house. .. work home gym is the plan for this week.
