I'm excited. If I had to pick the best thing about the last month, I would have to say that I am sleeping better and the shaking I have long since thought to be normal has subsided. I can actually see improvement in my penmanship.

I attend AA, check in here, and have a sponsor. I am just finishing step 4.
My next personal steps are to start eating better (no more sweets!) and exercise. All in due time. I am concentrating on just staying sober.
