I posted about this not too long ago.
I was eating tubs of ice cream, box of cookies, and or a few chocolate bars every night. It was wild. I switched everything to fresh fruit. I'm not a huge fruit fan but it seems to be working.

Best of luck!!!

Give into the sweet cravings you can deal with cutting back when you have more time under you sobriety belt. Having a sweet endulgence to look forward to every night was a great reward for me in the beginning.
Well into my third month sober I don't get the sweet craving as often. Try peanut butter for sweet cravings tons of nutrients in it! Plus all the protein will curb the cravings more.

5 weeks in and still eating ice cream by the tubful! still losing weight tho. i worked it out that i was getting 3000 calories a day from alcohol, along with whatever i was eating in those late night munchie sessions...so eat the ice cream and popsicles with alacrity!

Sweets, like alcohol, provide instant gratification. You could try eating snacks that consist of more complex carbohydrates--whole grain breads, crackers, fruits and so forth.

I wouldn't worry too much about it right now. It seems it happens to a lot of us. You could try eating some protein a little before that witching hour. Cashews work for me. Have a decent supper with lots of vegi's and some lean meats. Keep some fruit around the house. Alcohol acts like a sugar to the brain so it's probably going to get those cravings no matter what you do.
