Hi everyone
so i'm new and got the msg that i might like to introduce myself so here goes.
I'm an addict, I live in the country so I can't attend NA and there aren't any other programs here so I need somewhere to talk about stuff I guess. I used to use ice very heavily and also heroin but I have quit those for over a year minus one slip up. I don't use IV at all any more though I do take a lot of codeine. It's become daily and I can't stop and it's making it difficult for me to function and costing me a lot of money so I really need to stop. I've also been addicted to benzoes but don't have any atm so I'm not using them. I just want to quit basically, yeah. That's it.

Welcome to SR!! My DOC (drug of choice) was MORE...did various things at various times.

SR has been a huge help in getting me to over 6 years in recovery and I hope you keep reading and posting.
