46 days :) what an achievement!
im still going strong, cant believe how well ive been doing.
Looking back over these past weeks and ive realised how much ive missed out on whilst drinking.
ive been to the beach without having a bottle or worrying when its going to run out/where i can get my next one from
ive been out with my friends and a night has only cost me £3 whereas before it would be £50-£60
I actually have money to get the finer things in life that i want without worrying about if ill have enough for the pub all week!
Ive started my driving lessons (and its awesome) without worrying about being hungover/over the limit
ive lost nearly 6 inches off my waist
and best of all, i feel amazing within myself!
Those of you who are starting out, you can get to this point to, no matter how far away it looks. Stick with it guys. You will feel amazing!!
