Smile 14 days today!

I did it a whole two weeks, the longest i have gone without at least a glass or two! I am feeling very proud of myself, thankfully i have seemed to just be able to stop, no cravings at all. I have felt so great that i have also given up smoking ( day two, cold turkey, so far not too bad!)
Sobriety has brought so much to my life and my eyes are open for the first time in ages. I am even off to the gym before work in the morning.
Most of all i have become so much more productive with my time, especially at work and my confidence has improved so tomorrow i am going to ask for a payrise
Will keep you posted SR Fam

I agree with all that you say!

But if you don't get that pay rise please don't start again.....go to the gym instead.

Feels great doesn't it petecrab
Update on yesterday, had a meeting with the new manager of my hotel she is happy to look at my pay and I have another meeting on Monday to finalise things I would have never asked for more money while I was a wino! I'm so much more productive now, I'm worth it
