Newcomer
I am new, and unsure where to go here. I need a place to talk about recovery and obtain information. Thanks for any help you can give.

What kind of information are you looking for? Some way to enhance your existing abstinence plan, or do you need to start by making an abstinence plan?

Hi Jen!!!!

When I started, i browesed thr the newcomer to recovery section. There is LOTS of info there and it was a good place for me to start......

Thank you for your kind welcome. I am looking into getting help for alcohol addiction, think I may go tomorrow. Will look more into the information also offered here.
