My daughter is having her tonsils out tomorrow. I went through an emotional roller coaster today dealing with my doofus-y treatment program. I had my first day supervising my new student at work today. I was late coming home from work.

I did not drink or use. I made three program calls, attended one (Lifering) meeting, posted and read here. I am sober. I am glad.

Time to go to bed now.
