Want to quit this spice ****!!!!!

I am so sick of being addicted to spice. It makes me so depressed but when the cravings come over me it's like I'm a different person.... I hate what it's doing to my lungs and how it kills my motivation to do anything... I'm scared of withdrawal and don't know how I am ever going to make it....... Depressed

I am sorry to hear about your problem. Spice is that synthetic marijuana, right? There are many folks here who've dealt with marijuana addiction and I think you'll find some help here. Welcome, glad to have you.

You are not alone here. Many people have been able to quit synthetic cannabinoids, and you can too.

This thread has been active lately and might have some useful info for you:

Just keep in mind that's your addictive voice talking (putting it off). Tell it to shut up. Life is short, you need to get on with the business of recovering.

Hi. That kind of thinking I can identify with 100% while I was under the influence. Tomorrow, Tomorrow, Tomorrow. Then suddenly it became 2 years later and it's Tomorrow! Believe that the longer we wait the harder it is for so many, read some posts here. Today CAN BE the start of a life we wish for if we start today one day at a time. BE WELL
