So now he says his "Program" is sex, drugs, and rock and roll-seriously
I have posted several times lately, but I swear there is no end to the shockers. My AH has attended meetings on and off for about 3 years, and apparently got real inappropriate at one of the last ones. Anyway, he is no longer in our home, and apparently believes his new "program" as he calls it is just what he needs. He has a "friend" who evidently is structuring his weeks to include sex, drugs, rock and roll, and apparently fishing. He is working about 19 hours per week and has financially abandoned us. He has his mother's credit card, as well. I am letting him go, but continue to struggle with the infinite insanity and cannot even believe this is a man I used to know...

I think you have to decide now in a definitive way what your reaction is to that kind of 'programme', redwoodgirl.
letting him go, I believe, is good - but obsessing about it, and all the whys and wherefores, is not.
