hello all im deadlift from uk
just introducing my self and looking round the site
5 days off alcohol only
just starting to feel a bit cleaner but never want to go through that again
(said for the millionth time)

Welcome deadlift, you have made a great choice to come here. There are many many great people here who have gotten clean and will help you in any way they can. I myself am really new and still struggling to build some sober days. Congratulations on 5 days thats wonderful. Just keep at it and continue to look around here and post. There is so much to learn and great information here
