Two weeks today
I have never stopped drinking this long before and I'm very proud of myself. I finally told my sister this morning and and She responded by asking me if I had thought I had a problem with drinking. I thought about it a minute and said that's not the point, the point is I stopped.

I am still doing this one day at a time. My blood pressure is down and I have lost 5 pounds (been exercising too). I feel wonderful.

And I really couldn't have done it without SR. Thank you.
