Day 4
It's been 4 days since my last drink and last night I went to my first AA meeting. I was so anxious at first, but it was a good meeting with me just listening, but I will be back.

Good for you! The first meeting can be scary, but you made it. I'm glad you made it.
And remember, just don't pick up that first drink.
