Wasn't too long ago that I use to start my Sunday mornings with a "Bump" and a Beer..........Funny how so old habits never change, Just had my "Bump" of B-12 and my can of Orange Juice ))))) It just keeps getting better every day!!!

Good on you CR. I'm guessing a numb is a shot of spirits? Now a beer I understand. Isn't it brilliant not being disappointed and disgusted with yourself. You wake up with a clear head and conscience. I have replace my headlong rush to the wine bottle with a cup of tea when I get home and it seems to fill the same need for a way to relax.

Sorry to report that the "Bump" was a snort of cocaine usually off the girls stomach lying next to me who's name I didn't know, the shot of spirits followed closely after the beer however, never have drank wine in my life they say its very relaxing....and addicting ))))

I think I must try the B12 - I see a lot of people talking about that in recovery....
orange juice and salt and vinegar chips are sooooo good together - don't know if you've ever tried that?! Weird combo but good....

Met some of the scariest, lonely people in the world during this time period I'm more spiritual than religious, however the Devil had his hold on a few of these girls I hope they made their way out and are feeling the incredible results of it

I haven't heard the term "bump" in a long time.. Funny stuff.. I'm glad I only had a case in a half this weekend! 12 pack of diet coke and a case of gingerale! But I feel great!

Mine comes in a little tablet that I put under my tongue and it dissolves its very effective that way and is easy to use.

check with your doctor before taking any med's ........exspecially a bump of cocaine )))))...LOL

I've seen many movies where this is made out to be "Cool" and "Sexy" since you have been there I think you might agree with me that there is truly nothing glamours about this in real life
