Day 4 lucidity. Clarity.
It's a gloriously delicious day in the Midwest. The temp is perfect, the sun is glowing and so am I. Strange how different mornings feel when you don't wake up in hell.
Walking my dog around a little lake this morning, taking in crickets, cattails, momma birds in nest nurturing the future, and just glory and beauty. So much it almost brings me to my knees. The bloat is starting to fade again, so with every step I take on the walk, I feel thinner, more alive, healthy, grounded.
The weekend holds promise again. Of what is possible if I just don't take a sip.
Strange what a difference a few days can make if you just don't drink.
Sending this beautiful energy out to all my sisters and brothers.
