Hi Wendy. Kicking the problem for good usually involves several steps, being here is a good one and going to AA is another. These places are teaming with people who understand what people are going through. Success in not drinking is to NOT swallow the first drink one moment/day at a time. That often managed by keep coming and keeping sobriety #1 in our goal for the day. BE WELL
