Hi there
I have finally realized that alcohol gives me nothing. I have been abusing alcohol most of my adult life. Since stopping drinking my life has changed in so many ways. I feel very positive about the future. I am saving a fortune. I love not drinking and not having to think about drinking.

Welcome. And to think that you are only starting to recognize a few benefits of plugging the jug! Continue on the path of recovery and you'll probably be in a state beyond your wildest dreams. Just the health benefits for example. BE WELL
