Well I am going to be a trail keeper at the nature center in town. So one thing my sobriety has done is allowed me to give time back clearing thorns and overgrown trees from trails. Trying to give back instead of taking and getting out of my own head. I hope everyone is doing well.

Working on a trail sounds good , time out in nature is one of the things i enjoy with my job (untill it rains for a week or snows or is below about 10c / 50f) keeps me kinda grounded to real life out with the animals and plants , seeing how inter-dependant we all are .

That's so great, Acheleus! Trail keeping is hard work. You'll feel accomplished by the end of the day I'm sure.

Good on you for getting out there. I should follow your example and do some volunteering myself.

That's a great idea! And being outside is good for you also. Fresh air and sunshine have a way of clearing out the soul.

That sounds like an awesome plan and I LOVE the fact you are going out and doing something you may not usually do. I think you are really going to enjoy the experience and in turn, your self esteem will go up. Congrats!!! Proud of you.
