done and done
Time for a change I had enough. I'm a retread and finally willing to accept what I am. Lord grant me the serinity . Been hiding figured it was time to grow up and ask for help. I'm scared got the shakes. Not sure really what to say. Been reading awhile not sure why its taking me so long but ..this has too stop.

Hi tell us a bit about your self, Have you got a bad hangover hence the shakes ? and Im sure you aren't a ******, youre like thousands of over people that have been caught in the trap, who need to escape and being on here is a great start

Thanks for the notes. Hate the lingering feeling. A person knows whats coming and man does it stink. My work keeps me from getting too personal but I can honestly say I will be posting. I'm commited this is the last time I have a day one.

I can imagine that you have a bad hangover right now and the shakes. Night shakes are the worst. I remember just feeling like dying when I had the night shakes. I was once like you are now. It goes get better.
You need to find a positive activity to occupy your time. Anything is better than drinking. If you are a religious person, you could try an AA meeting, but I wouldn't recommend it. Just check and post on these forums for a little while and see how you feel. Wish you the best.
