6 months +

Yesterday I got six months of sobriety. I dont know if am still a newcomer. I guess yes. Im doing quite well, but for some occasional mild depression. Almost no cravings.

Fantastic! 6 months is great. I was buying some bubbly water (agua mineral con gas) and it was next to the beer section...my AV went a little nuts but I just got water. I visited Spain in college, hope to go back some day. Went to Santiago de Compostela, very beautiful.

Things will just keep getting better the longer you stick with this. You should feel very proud about your 6 months!!!! Make sure you research PAWS so you know what it is and when to recognize when you are in it, because its a sobriety life saver to know about it. Congrats again!!!

Thank you. Yes, I am aware of Paws and think Im suffering it. I went to Dr. and am taking AD low dose. Feeling better. I also suffer ciclothymia (mild form of bipolar disorder) and am taking lithium. Getting better one day a time.
