How to respond
When XAH is harassing me by email about visits with the kids, do I ignore his emails or do I respond directly and curtly?
He wants more time with the kids and he is trying to intimidate me into giving it.
Do you stand up to a bully like this or do you ignore him?

I'm assuming you already have an agreement regarding his visits with the kids? Then ignore the emails. You won't win a discussion with him. If you respond, you open the door and he will continue. If he confronts you later about ignoring them, you can say there was nothing in them to discuss. Period.
What's your divorce agreement?
If he has the kids as much as that says, is save the emails, but not respond. If he gets nasty (calls you names, accuse you of stuff) I'd run them by my attorney.

He misinterpreted the summer agreement and told me what time he wanted. "The month of June".
When I picked up the kids from him at the end of June, he decided that he hadn't gotten all "his time" and when I told him that the kids had plans, he became accusatory and combative.
Now he is demanding more time, saying that I should give him Christmas to make up for all the time he didn't get this summer.
Just BS.
