I've been trying for 2 years now. Had some decent stretches but I want to be sober full time.

Welcome to SR alf. I'm so glad you found us.

When I came here it made me feel much better knowing I wasn't alone. Everyone in my life drank socially, and I couldn't. I didn't realize there were so many who felt just like me. The people here helped me find the courage I needed to stop destroying myself. You can do it, alf.

Its taken me a long time to know I am not able to do it alone. 11 days sober hoping for alot more. Think I will be spending alot of time reading SR. Thanks
