My Dad died.

Suddenly and unexpectedly the other morning. I was there. He had what looked like a seizure but then stopped breathing. My mother and I did CPR until the ambulance arrived. It felt like forever. The paramedics could not revive him.
He was an alcoholic. We don't know the actual cause of his death yet and won't for a while. Please say a prayer or send some good thoughts to the Universe for my Dad.

Lulu, I'm so sorry. My dad died suddenly like that, too. Take care of yourself - it will be rough, especially if you had mixed feelings about him.

Oh dear...

Lulu, that is rough. So sorry to hear....
