Newbie...

Hola everybody,

I am SO glad I found this forum, I'm incredibly excited to use it to talk to others/share stories, etc...You can call me Blopity.....Hah! I am struggling with drug and alcohol abuse.

Got into some big trouble back in March, it was a huge wake up call. I now attend Celebrate Recovery every Friday night at a church I just started going to which is pretty sweet. Today marks 32 days alcohol free. Horay!!

However, I'm struggling with an addiction to Adderall, which I would often abuse/ take more than I'm prescribed to (which I probably shouldn't have a scrip for anyway).

I've really like to cut my connection to this drug, even though it's helped me in some ways. It's done more bad than good.

Anyway, thanks for listening Internet wooorld.

Good night and keep in touch ,

Blopity

Welcome to SR Blopity

This probably sounds like a scary prospect but could you talk to your doctor about the Adderall and maybe get him to stop the prescription? It would be good to discuss your options anyway.

You will find lots of support here x
